can anyone tell me what the valve clearanse is for the baja 70cc dirtrunner is i heard .003 on both is that correct

i need help with my dr70 dirt runner 70cc tire I have the 14" front tire with brake shoe hub i need to change is there another bike tire assembly i can replace it with thanks
