Is there a "best contact" at CSC for me to give to LEO? I was already planning on approaching the Milpitas officials before learning about the Loaner thingie. In addition to the small town of Milpitas there is also Fremont, Newark and Union City all adjacent, and all with Motor Officers, but small budgets.
