just letting you know, i have had no problems with the knobby tires on road. totally novice driver and it was smooth, even at 60 mph.i can already tell the road is going to eat them up fast though. combination of just how knobby they are, and cheap tires I'm sure. but i can buy better tires next time. they sell them in percentages of use from what i hear. can buy 90%on road 10% of - 50/50 or lots of other combinations. think anything over 50% off road starts getting a knobbier look. windy days is a bit tricky, scared the shit out of me a few times cuz you get pushed around pretty easy. in my honest opinion, it is a great bike! but if you are at all mechanically inclined - i think it would be wiser to find an older bigger enduro on craigslist. there really isn't much power or take off speed. I'm no daredevil or speed demon, but even i wish to had more power. its like a 200cc scooter, that looks like a motorcycle, and a LOT less storageā€¦. smooth bike though
