Hey everybody. When I got my 125cc bike and assembled it the rear brakes did not work at ALL. The line was completely air so I figured they might have forgotten to fill up the reservoir, so I bled them and topped it up. Was working fine, but after two rides the brakes are dry again and the fluid is leaking out of the main cylinder at that piston (sorry I've never had a bike before so I'm not sure if I'm describing this correctly). Is there an o ring or something in that piston that I can easily replace without having to contact gio, cause I'd really just like to fix it myself so I can go ride again!

Thanks

I've never tried to dismantle the master cylinder, but I would. My guess is that you could replace an o-ring. Princess has a decent o-ring kit that is often on sale for around $10.00 (in a red case).

I agree with WG. ;) However, it would not hurt to give Gio a phone call; they might expedite shipment of a new brake cylinder, or give you good advice concerning the repair of the original. ;)
